Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To begin a return, please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.
Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized products (including t-shirts and tote bags)

Food or drink products

Opened personal care products

Essential oils

Any used or opened wellness products
We cannot accept returns on these items once they have been shipped.
Activewear & Physical Product Returns
Eligible items such as:

Activewear

Gym bags
-
Tea cups and accessories
-
Wellness tools
-
Unused candles or soap
may be returned if they are:

Unused
-
In original packaging
-
In the same condition as received
Return requests must be submitted within the 14-day return window.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns must be sent to the address provided on the return label after the return request is approved.
We reserve the right to deduct a $5 restocking fee from the refund to help cover processing and inspection costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
