Shipping policy

At Guide to Nursing, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your wellness products. 

 

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

 

Shipping Times 

Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally arrive within 5–10 business days after your order has shipped. 

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. 

 

Shipping Address 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. 
Guide to Nursing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately using the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Guide to Nursing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. 

 

Damaged Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include: 

  • Your order number 

  • Photos of the damaged item 

  • A brief description of the issue 

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.
